Hi, I’m Lindsey, and I can help.
I provide individual therapy for individuals struggling with dating and relationship anxiety using an integrative and holistic approach, drawing from my EMDR and art therapy training. My clients walk away from therapy with me feeling like they can trust themselves, their decisions, and they they are "good enough regardless"... like they've become their own best friend.

Email lindsey@onemindbodybeing.com to set up a complimentary 15 minute consultation to decide if we are a good match.
2 / Meet weekly to work on your treatment goals
The first few sessions we spend learning more about your goals and what's happening for you in the present. We create a treatment plan, and then begin working on creating tools to help reduce distress in the present, while also starting to review way to address limiting belief systems.
3 / Find yourself feeling empowered, curious, and loving yourself!
We work together for as long as its helpful and productive. This can take a few months, or longer, depending on your goals.
